Capital Power

Zero Means Everything

Capital Power presented us with a challenge: shift employee attitudes toward the idea that a zero-harm culture is possible. After conducting intensive research, we eventually connected to the true meaning of employee wellbeing. It means being there to tuck your kids in at night, enjoying the weekend with friends and always placing safety first – on and off the job. So what does a zero-harm culture really mean? It’s simple, really. It means everything.

From Zero to Sixty

FREE introduced the Zero Means Everything (ZME) mantra to Capital Power’s consciousness through two major launch events. Held at their Edmonton head office and Genesee generation station, the driving sentiment had to hit home for both corporate and field workers.

A PowerPoint and video presentation depicted Zero Means Everything’s emotional and personal significance to employees. Branded event collateral such as signage, handouts, swag bags and donuts bearing CPC’s new safety hue helped cement the ZME culture.
