As the new condo building on the block, The Mezzo needed a brand that would tap into Old Strathcona’s unconventional energy, while also connecting with the creative, curious types drawn to the neighbourhood.

Lively language and visuals evoke the exciting experiences found inside and outside The Mezzo’s walls. The immersive show suite, complete with signage, wall graphics and brochures, provides an atmospheric touchpoint for potential residents.

Going Digital

The Mezzo’s new website highlights the building’s eclectic design and amenities. Extensive explorations into dining, shopping and transportation options showcase its central location within Old Strathcona. Detailed floor plans, filterable by layout type, help residents imagine their new canvas.

We launched the website with an extensive Facebook and Google AdWords campaign. The ad copy aligned with their brand messaging, while our geo-targeting zeroed in on creative-minded condo-seekers near Whyte Avenue. Now, The Mezzo is enjoying high website traffic, page engagement and conversions.
